SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Age Wave, the nation’s leader on understanding the effects of longevity
and aging demographics on the marketplace, the workplace and our lives,
has today announced the promotion of Elyse Pellman to President.
According to Founder Ken Dychtwald, PhD, who will continue in his role
as Chief Executive Officer, “Elyse embodies everything we try to be at
Age Wave. With her caring, kind, hopeful and high integrity nature, we
are incredibly fortunate to have her at the helm as we navigate and map

contributing her creativity, wisdom and extraordinary people skills to
continuously grow and strengthen our company,” reflects Maddy.

“I – and the entire Age Wave team – are committed to envisioning,
catalyzing and advancing the opportunities and challenges of an aging

proud of our heritage and unique track record, and as excited as ever
about our many new initiatives and projects. Most importantly, we’re
dedicated to improving the lives of tens of millions of maturing men and
